Hailed by Harvard Medical School as “Medication in Motion,” Tai Chi and Qigong are valued as supporting many positive health outcomes, including balance and coordination. Join Orit for a four-week series this summer to focus on these areas, and set yourself up to move through life with flexibility, ease, and confidence. Begin each session with a gentle warm-up, followed by a walking practice and simple exercises to promote a focused mind and a restful being. Open to any level. Beginners are welcome and encouraged!

No prior experience with adjustments is necessary – just a curiosity to learn and grow. Part 1 on Saturday focuses on the foundations of touch. Part 2 on Sunday leans into a deeper exploration of touch, breath, and connection.
