Hatha 1

In hatha classes, we focus on one posture at a time as you move slowly, breathe steadily, and practice harnessing the mind in the moment. From Sanskrit, hatha means the “force” of union between the sun’s power and the moon’s calm.  This level offers a basic introduction to yoga breathing, postures, and relaxation. Great for beginners or those looking for a basic ongoing practice.
