Homebody Yoga

Homebody yoga cultivates a sacred space within ourselves to return to over and over again. Through slow flows and meditative postures, we build awareness of body, breath, and inner wisdom. We also nourish a kind and compassionate relationship with ourselves to clear the path home to our hearts and to others.
