Kundalini Quick Fix

A winter pandemic is the perfect time to explore the very active (yang) practice of Kundalini Yoga. We work on the  various internal systems of the body (digestion, circulatory, lymphatic and nervous system) to cultivate vitality and feel more integration. Through mantra, mudra, specific kriyas (moving asanas), breathing techniques, and meditation, we relax into balance of the body, mind and soul. We finish with a long relaxation. Mainly, we laugh!
