Waiver of Liability: Registrants of this and all Sun & Moon Yoga Studio events acknowledge that there are serious risks associated with all physical activity and that when practicing yoga, they may suffer minor or serious injury or exposure to communicable disease if practicing in the physical presence of others. Registrants fully acknowledge and accept these inherent risks and all such risks associated with participation in any activities in conjunction with Sun & Moon. Registrants further acknowledge and agree that all employees, volunteers, instructors, and agents are exempted from any liability associated with their participation in these activities, and that they hold Sun & Moon Yoga Studio harmless from and against all claims, damages, losses and expenses, including attorney’s fees, arising out of or resulting from participation in the activities. In no event shall Sun & Moon Yoga Studio be responsible for any incidental, indirect, special and consequential or punitive damages, regardless of the nature of the claim. For all activities, including but not limited to online offerings, registrants acknowledge and agree that Sun & Moon Yoga Studio is and remains the exclusive owner of any and all intellectual property inherent within and/or associated with these activities. Any duplication, distribution or use of online materials including but not limited to video recordings without express written permission from Sun & Moon Yoga Studio is strictly prohibited.
