Caroline Robinson

Lifelong learner and wellness enthusiast, Caroline is dedicated to helping people discover the vast possibilities that yoga has to offer.  Caroline began her study of yoga more than a decade ago as a way to improve strength and flexibility and was continually drawn back to the mat to the peace of mind that it brought to her life. Following completion of the 200-hour teacher training program with ISHTA Yoga in 2015, Caroline began to teach as she felt inspired to share her love and appreciation of yoga as a method of holistic self-care. 

Caroline’s teaching style draws from a number of spiritual traditions that focus on the unique needs and alignment of each individual practitioner. By incorporating breathing and meditative techniques into a heat-building asana practice, her classes encourage students to explore the connection between the physical and subtle bodies so that students are empowered to move with freedom and awareness both on and off the mat. Expect a bit of a challenge and creative sequencing synced with dynamic playlists to leave you feeling balanced and energized.
