Christina is a former athlete turned yogi who first stumbled into yoga as a physical outlet. What began as movement quickly became her healthiest coping tool to calm her anxiety. Yoga taught Christina to regulate her nervous system, release stress, process emotions, quiet her inner critic, and recharge after years of being constantly “on.” It is her passion to teach others the tools that helped her live more fully. In 2018, she completed her 200-hour RYT training in Athens, Greece, and has been teaching ever since.
