A well-rounded practice that Includes the basics as well as options for more challenging modifications. Appropriate for any student with any amount of yoga experience.

Jennifer Eubank

Jennifer discovered yoga at art school in the early 1980s and practiced at times for a few years. Life got in the way, what with a career, a daughter, and starting her own jewelry line, and her practice was sporadic. Fast forward to 2011 when she began to serve as a Work Exchanger at Sun & Moon and quickly realized that yoga was The Thing! Shortly thereafter she joined the studio’s teacher training program and earned her 200-hr certificate, followed a few years later with the 500-hr advanced certificate through the studio's Dharma Program.

Jennifer teaches regular weekly classes at Sun & Moon and can also be found subbing in other classes as well. She focuses on anatomy and alignment, weaving in ancient Yogic wisdom and philosophy, and enjoys adapting these ideas to each yoga audience in recognition that Yoga goes far beyond the mat no matter where people are in their lives. Jennifer loves to teach methods and techniques to help people shine through whatever challenges come their way, whether it be navigating school, life, bringing new life into the world or coping with big life changes. Yoga and Jennifer are here to help.

Suzanne Romness

Suzanne began practicing yoga in 2003 when she decided, as a runner for over 30 years, that she needed to slow down and find some balance in her life.  She credits the teachers at Sun & Moon Yoga Studio in helping her find that balance both on and off the yoga mat.  To enhance her yoga practice she decided to become a yoga teacher. She received her certification through Sun & Moon's In-Depth program in 2014 and is a student in the Dharma Program 300 hour advanced teacher training at the studio.

In addition to yoga in the hatha and vinyasa styles, Suzanne teaches teens, kids yoga and soccer, and is a preschool teacher and a certified personal trainer.  She likes to remind her students to listen to their breath and let it be the guide in their practice and life.

Terry Strayer

Terry Strayer shares her love of yoga with the play of breath and movement. Creating a space that encourages students to explore yoga from their bodies and self in the breath of the moment. Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin and therapy-influenced classes contain specific asanas to be taught throughout a session. Always student-oriented makes the yoga personal in hopes of carrying it off the mat into the next moment for joy, wellness, comfort, peace.

Enid Kassner

Enid is Sun & Moon certified. Her teaching style promotes a sensitive exploration of the inner experience of yoga in a light-hearted encouraging environment in which students can progress at their own pace.

Andrea Kiss

Andrea believes that beauty and harmony can be found in any movement, and she aims to create an atmosphere where students feel compassionate, safe, and welcome. She explores a wide range of yoga methods to help students open themselves up to a place where they can welcome back lost parts of themselves, to be with their stories – no matter how difficult – and to have the somatic experience in the body that allow them to get fully present.

Andrea has been teaching yoga since 2003. She taught at Sun & Moon for five years before moving back to Hungary in 2008, and after seven years in her homeland, she returned to the U.S. with her family in 2015. Andrea received her teacher certification from Sun & Moon, and is also certified in Yoga Trance Dance and Children's Yoga. She was fortunate to train with excellent teachers in the U.S. and Europe. As a former dancer, Andrea builds on her love of rhythm and harmony and incorporates into her practice various elements of different styles of yoga she studied throughout the years. She is currently studying Compassionate Inquiry Therapy with Dr. Gabor Mate and Sat Dharam Kaur.

Judy Bauserman

Judy began practicing yoga almost by accident during a particularly stressful period in her corporate consulting career. She became hooked when she discovered the calm and relaxation it brought to her life, both on and off the mat. After retiring, she enrolled in Sun & Moon’s 200-hour InDepth Foundations Teacher Training program and found a new path for lifelong learning. Judy enjoys sharing her love of yoga with students through gentle practices that emphasize breathing techniques, stability, strength, and self-exploration.

Heidi Panetta

Heidi did her teacher training at Sun & Moon. Heidi believes yoga is both fun and transformative, when we take the chance to stretch our bodies and our minds. She enjoys sharing her love of yoga with her students, especially beginners.

Chrissy Boylan

Chrissy took classes at Sun & Moon for years before training in the 200-hour In-Depth Foundations Teacher Training program. She is always reading something new, and loves to infuse her yoga classes with the latest from positive psychology, neuroscience and mindfulness.

Chrissy believes we are all experiments of one encourages her students to focus on both the individual and universal experience of yoga at the same time. She brings a playful and genuine spirit to her classes, and aims to leave students feeling relaxed, grounded and whole by the end of each class.

Off that mat, Chrissy lives with her husband, three children, two cats and a dog. She is also a writer.

Pat Pao

Patricia Pao (E-RTY 200) has been teaching yoga for over 12 years and currently teaches at Sun & Moon Yoga and Health Advantage Yoga. She completed The Health Advantage Yoga Center teacher training program, The Radiant Child TT Program, Yoga 4 Teens & Yin Yoga Teacher Training programs. She is also a Relax and Renew Trainer®. Pat is a former professional dancer, ballet teacher and movie casting director. She has had the great privilege of studying with many wonderful yoga teachers and enjoys bringing their numerous gifts to her classes and workshops.

Gayle Fleming

Gayle began practicing yoga in 1976. She is passionate in her belief that yoga is for every body, that the breath is as important as the pose, and that authentic yoga is a gift to the world that she is called upon to share. She blends various styles and techniques of asana to fit the class and the student. She received her 200-hour certificate at Sun & Moon, her 500-hour at Willow Street Yoga and her Yoga Therapy training with Integrative Yoga Therapy.

Amir Tahami

In his weekly public classes, yoga therapy workshops, and private one-on-one yoga therapy sessions,  Amir works attentively with students who want an enhanced quality of life through a plainspoken and sensible approach to health and well-being. His innovative techniques blending traditional Indian and Thai yoga influences with restorative postures, therapeutic applications, and somatic movement help students move gently forward on a path of healing, and encourages taking the mindfulness of yoga practice into everyday life. He has thousands of hours of training with teachers including Aadil Palkhivala, Tias Little, Rodney Yee, Doug Keller, and Leslie Kaminoff, and is also certified in Thai Yoga Therapy. Amir is an avid amateur hockey player, recently fulfilled a lifelong dream to design and build his own custom home, and is also known to herd cats.

Amir provides abundant and detailed instructions for how to move the human body, and takes his classes and workshops through the paces to practice alignment, energy movement, and clarity of mind. “Paying attention to the body is the hardest part,” he says. But when he’s dictating just exactly what to do with your shoulder blades – like leading with the blades in cat and cow, as opposed to the spine, or how to create space between each vertebra or what to do to stretch your connective tissue – the mind becomes laser-focused. He offers wisdom on anatomy and how to bring the lessons of healing into daily life – for knees, neck, back, shoulders, hips, and other parts that have been beaten down from work, injury, disease, aging, or disuse. He provides the tools to practice these maneuvers at home and then wants you to go out there and live: play sports, climb mountains, expand your reach with a body that can.

Anne Jablonski

Anne teaches a playful, openhearted style of Freedom Yoga, blending what's most appropriate in the moment based on what she's tinkering with in her own practice and who shows up for class. She guides students to trust their intuition and encourages persistent, gentle curiosity to keep the practice fresh and compelling. Anne nudges students toward a creative and alignment-savvy asana practice that erases tight spots and stills the mind's chatter.

Anne’s teaching draws on inspiration from her own practice and her most influential teachers, including: Erich Schiffmann, every fine poet, her cheeky teacher within, and a magical place in Montana called the Feathered Pipe Ranch. She is E-RYT 500-hour Yoga Alliance registered through Sun & Moon. She is continuing training in a modality called "Movingness," a somatic-centric approach to refining movement patterns, releasing fascia, and embodying natural states of flow.

Deborah Hertz

Deb is Sun & Moon Yoga trained and has been practicing yoga since 2004. As a relatively new mom, Deb started taking yoga to find some solace and found so much more. She teaches with humor to share the gifts yoga continues to give her: clarity, strength, flexibility, inner calmness, self awareness and acceptance.  Her classes focus on being gentle with yourself while integrating yoga into our daily lives to create balance.
