Bones & Balance
Students will be introduced to specific yoga techniques aimed at working at the glandular and immune system level, on the energy system governing brain and body using such traditions as Kundalini Yoga, Traditional Chinese Medicine, Energy Medicine Yoga and EFT or Tapping. Enhancing muscle and bone mass and blood macro and microcirculation throughout the body is also part of our goal. Classes will combine dynamic and still poses with mudras, pranayama, focus, mantras and guided meditations. Those diagnosed with osteoporosis and arthritis have found this class useful.
