The Breath of Yoga

Our bodies instinctively inhale and exhale every moment we're alive, and we never even have to think about it. But when we do bring awareness to the breath, we can immensely heighten its benefits and delightfully experience its magic. Take a ride on the breath this winter with Vicki Christian's expert guidance through the physiology, philosophical interpretations, techniques and methods of breathing. 

This six-week series will take place in-person in the Arlington Studio and on Zoom starting January 3 through February 7 on Wednesday evenings, 7:30 - 9:00.
