Gentle movement to get in touch with your body and help soothe and reset the nervous system. SATYA, created by Tias Little, stands for Sensory Awareness Training for Yoga Attunement. This practice guides students away from "doing" movement and toward sensing, feeling and "being" movement. Done entirely on the floor with non-weight bearing sliding, gliding, and circular movements, SATYA can help balance the body's structure, reduce tension and fatigue, and stimulate lymphatic flow to support the immune system.
