Lisa Wingate

Lisa has been practicing yoga for ten years and completed training through Sun & Moon's 200-hour In-Depth Foundations Program.  She enjoys the physicality of all poses and strives to relay the idea that any physical posture can be used to practice body and breath awareness.  From using chopsticks with her non-dominant hand to pulling weeds from her garden, Lisa likes to bring yoga into play anywhere at any time.
