This pass is good for any 10 classes over the next 6 months (excluding Morning Mysore).

If you are unable to use up your class passes before they expire due to illness or injury, please complete a credit or refund request via our online form found here. 

Studio credit will be issued to your Sun & Moon account in the dollar amount equal to what you paid per class. Credit is valid for ONE year from the date issued and cannot be continued beyond its expiration, and incurs no administrative fee. Studio credit can be used for classes and workshops only, and cannot be redeemed for cash or merchandise. Studio credit cannot be re-issued after its initial redemption. We can only issue refunds or studio credits for three or more classes.

Refunds for class passes incur an administrative fee of $20. If you paid by credit card, we can process a refund directly to your credit card. If you paid by cash or check, we can send you a check – please allow up to four weeks to receive your check.

The Single Month Bliss Pass is not tied to actual attendance and no retroactive refunds will be made; non-transferrable; may not be shared with others. Pause or cancel anytime with no fee; current month’s pass will still be valid until its expiration date. Expired credit card yields a $10 administrative fee. Initiating a monthly bliss pass acknowledges a reduced class schedule during holiday periods. Bliss Pass does not include Morning Mysore classes.

Upon checkout, you'll be prompted to choose your regular weekly class, and indicate in-person or online attendance. Once you do so, you'll be automatically reserved in that class for the full quarter.

At this time you may choose to "unclick" any dates you know in advance you cannot attend and make those up in a different class, OR, opt to leave any online reservation in place for access to the recording (note some classes do not get recorded). Any unclicked dates, reserve in another class by the end of the quarter (4/2/2023). 

Cancelation Policy: In-person reservations must be either canceled or switched to online attendance no later than two hours prior to class start time. To cancel your reservation for any particular day you cannot attend, from the class schedule page, log in to your account and choose the "cancel" button next to your class. Our policy states that if your reservation is not cancelled sooner than two hours, we are regretfully unable to credit you for that class.
