In this class you’ll quickly learn that chair yoga can be a valuable addition to anyone’s practice routine. These powerful tools will allow you to sneak a few more poses into your day without having to change clothes or get out your yoga mat. You’ll experience a full range of seated and standing poses, all using a chair. Chair yoga is known to be a wonderful way to introduce seniors to a regular yoga practice, but you’ll quickly learn that it can be a valuable addition to anyone’s routine.
Terry Strayer
Terry Strayer shares her love of yoga with the play of breath and movement. Creating a space that encourages students to explore yoga from their bodies and self in the breath of the moment. Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin and therapy-influenced classes contain specific asanas to be taught throughout a session. Always student-oriented makes the yoga personal in hopes of carrying it off the mat into the next moment for joy, wellness, comfort, peace.
