$45.00 Chakra Based Exploration with Cindy Wargo
Do you feel a little off, disconnected, stuck, or just not quite yourself? This workshop is all about finding your way back to balance and alignment for body, mind, and energy. Join Cindy and co-teacher Holly Martinson to begin with a simple grounding practice to help you settle in, then take some time for honest reflection about where life feels out of sync and and what vibrational energy centers in the body might be influencing your feelings and behaviors. From there, we’ll move through a gentle, full-body yoga practice that touches on each of the chakras, helping you notice where energy feels open and where it might need a little extra care. Come expecting a safe and supportive space for reflection, and time to explore what alignment looks like for you. You’ll leave feeling more balanced and connected with yourself.
Cindy Wargo
Over 20 years ago Cindy was drawn to yoga because she simply loved stretching after a long run, and her understanding was yoga was a class full of stretching. Luckily, yoga practice is so much more than the stretches, and she found herself stumbling into her lifelong passion. Cindy's thoughtful Hatha classes regularly include the traditional elements of meditation, mudra (hand gestures), pranayama (breath work), yoga philosophy, and Ayurveda (yoga's sister science). Her supportive nature, coupled with her in-depth understanding of Hatha Yoga principles, encourages both new and experienced students to explore the body to find the soul. When not teaching, practicing, or reading about Yoga and Ayurveda, Cindy enjoys cooking, jogging, reading, hanging out with her family, and watching all kinds of sports.
