Cynthia Lim
Cynthia emphasizes breath awareness as well as improving alignment and posture in one's daily life through the practice of yoga.
Catha Pavloff
Catha can't imagine life without yoga. Her yoga practice has helped her journey through life's most difficult challenges. It also plays a key role in helping her to age healthfully. She is passionate about sharing these same benefits with her students, and takes much joy in seeing her students grow - in all aspects of their being - through their practice. Students describe her teaching style as fun and dynamic, knowledgeable and yet light-hearted, challenging and yet respectful of students' limitations, and a facilitator of community and connection between students. Catha has practiced yoga since 2003 and has been teaching since 2011. She is a Yoga Alliance E-500 Hour Registered Yoga Teacher and Certified Continuing Education Provider.
Anne Jablonski
Anne teaches a playful, openhearted style of Freedom Yoga, blending what's most appropriate in the moment based on what she's tinkering with in her own practice and who shows up for class. She guides students to trust their intuition and encourages persistent, gentle curiosity to keep the practice fresh and compelling. Anne nudges students toward a creative and alignment-savvy asana practice that erases tight spots and stills the mind's chatter.
Anne’s teaching draws on inspiration from her own practice and her most influential teachers, including: Erich Schiffmann, every fine poet, her cheeky teacher within, and a magical place in Montana called the Feathered Pipe Ranch. She is E-RYT 500-hour Yoga Alliance registered through Sun & Moon. She is continuing training in a modality called "Movingness," a somatic-centric approach to refining movement patterns, releasing fascia, and embodying natural states of flow.
Rixie Dennison
Rixie is a Sun & Moon certified yoga teacher for 19 years, a Life and Recovery Coach, and Reflexologist. Her gentle, yet energetic approach to yoga enables students to explore their mind, body, spirit connection in a safe, non-judgmental environment. For the last two years she has been teaching the Yoga for Healthy Aging classes in the Fairfax location which were inspired by Baxter Bell’s Yoga for Healthy Aging course. Always with a smile, Rixie's unique approach to teaching moves everyone to a more balanced place in their lives.
