$45.00 Heart More Than a Pump with Christine Jansen
February is Heart awareness month, and a great time to learn how years of research have disproven the notion that the heart constantly responds to orders by the brain. We now know that the heart actually sends more signals to the brain than the other way around. When our perception is primarily located in our intellect, we can become out of sync with ourselves physically, emotionally and mentally. However, when we learn to perceive from the heart, our physiological, emotional and psychological being is entrained to its harmonic pattern, allowing our entire being to operate in balance and harmony.
Join Christine Jansen as she combines her skills, knowledge, and passion as both a nurse practitioner with a specialty in cardiology, and a certified cardiac yoga teacher. Learn about basic anatomy and physiology, and enjoy an asana practice and guided meditation to assist you in "seeing" through the lens of the heart. All levels of experience are welcome.
