Engage in rich conversations around the application of Ayurveda in our modern times, experience new yoga moves to recharge your personal practice or teaching. Conclude with Melina’s speciality, Seasonal Health and Wellness insights. At Melina's Radiant Spring Sanctuary, you'll leave feeling renewed, connected, and in awe of the natural world around you.

Friday May 3, 6:30p - 8:30p: Poetry of Yin
The gentle art of yin yoga meets the soulful resonance of poetry. In this unique session, we seamlessly blend the profound stillness of yin yoga with the emotive power of carefully curated poetry. As the week unwinds, immerse yourself in a tranquil atmosphere that encourages deep introspection and connection to inner truths. Each yoga pose will be accompanied by the surprise and delight of inspiring poetry, enhancing your mindful experience and engaging your mind as your body gracefully slows down. This workshop promises to leave you feeling not only physically restored but also spiritually enriched and is a perfect start to a rejuvenating weekend. 

Saturday May 4, 12:30p - 2:30p: Asana Recharge
A rejuvenating and inspiring yoga class. Whether you're a seasoned practitioner or a yoga teacher seeking fresh inspiration, this class is designed to invigorate your personal practice and replenish your teaching well. Melina will guide you through a variety of new and innovative yoga moves, seamlessly sequenced to enhance both energy and joy. Open to all levels, this class offers a harmonious blend of challenge and accessibility, providing a space for exploration and growth on the mat. 

Saturday May 4, 3:00p - 5:00p: Ayurveda for Modern Times
Ancient wisdom of Ayurveda meets the demands of contemporary living. Explore the fascinating concept of Rasayana (rejuvenation), and practices meticulously designed to nurture a healthy body, mind, and spirit in the context of today's challenges. Inspired by the belief of ancient practitioners who left Ayurvedic textbooks open for future evolution, this class focuses on crafting new chapters relevant to our modern complexities. Melina Meza is a pioneer in the field of yoga, nutrition, and Ayurvedic Health, sharing her knowledge with yogis around the world for more than 20 years.

500-ERYT, BS Nutrition, Ayurvedic Health Educator, Certified Yoga for Aging Teacher, Melina Meza is the creator of Seasonal Vinyasa Yoga, a holistic practice that features lifestyle, diet, and yoga practices tailored to the rhythms of the four seasons to help people stay healthy as they age. Her passion for Nature, the five elements, beauty, and humor forge the foundation of her unique approach to well-being.

In addition to working with individual clients, Melina facilitates year-round yoga and Ayurveda workshops, leading retreats in extraordinary sanctuaries around the world.
