Nathalie began practicing yoga in 2003 as a way to reduce stress in her life. It quickly became a regular activity after noticing its calming yet energizing benefits and its holistic approach to life. After teaching French for 15 years, her strong interest in the many facets of yoga brought her to become a yoga instructor. Nathalie completed her 200-hour training in 2016 and her 300-hour training in 2020 both at Sun & Moon and is now a Yoga Alliance 500-hour registered teacher. She teaches a hatha style yoga, encouraging the students to develop their practice with strength and ease and to stay engaged and curious in their yogic path. She encourages students to listen to their own body and offers modifications as needed, taking the time to transition from one movement to the next while staying connected to the breath.
