Rachel Wilson

Rachel Wilson (RYT 200) has been practicing yoga since the mid-aughts. She teaches chair yoga to seniors at the Providence Community Center and through Fairfax County’s Virtual Center for Active Adults. Rachel enjoys challenging students to develop their mind-body-spirit connection, to find ease in their joints, and to discover their mental and physical strength while never needing to leave the chair. Her teaching is based in hatha yoga with influence from Pilates and Tai-chi.
